Bethany is a certified running coach who helps injury-prone half and full marathoners train consistently, ditch nagging pain, and set new PRs. After getting injured days before her first half marathon, she became obsessed with the “why” behind runner breakdowns—and built a coaching approach that blends periodized run plans, strength and mobility progressions, gait-aware mechanics, and practical recovery strategies. Through 1-1 coaching, small-group coaching, and her on-demand platform The Runner’s Studio, Bethany delivers science-backed programming and hands-on support so runners can run more, hurt less, and actually enjoy race day.
Her philosophy is simple: identify what’s really driving the pain, correct it with targeted mobility and myofascial release, and prevent flare-ups with run-specific strength and smarter training loads. Every plan is personalized and adjusted weekly with clear guidance and accountability—not a template.
