"Finding Bethany and choosing her to be my run coach was one of THE BEST decisions I have ever made. She helped me train for my first full marathon. I decided to hire a coach after a few training cycles of train, injury/pain, push through, race, rest, repeat. I knew I did not want that this time around. I needed to break that cycle. “I participated in the Ultimate Runner Studio membership to help me complete my training so I could participate in the 2024 NYC Marathon. I have been a runner for over 20 years but recurring calf pain had me pausing my training every few weeks when the pain became too much to push through.

Bethany constructed a training plan that included runs, stretches and yoga classes that kept me in training with no missed workouts and very little pain. We had a weekly 1-on-1 coaching by phone and replayed the previous week's workouts, and set the schedule for the upcoming week. Bethany was super at staying on top of the issues we were monitoring.

The end result was I had an amazing experience in completing the marathon. I cannot imagine that I would have been able to accomplish this without Bethany's help. 100% sure I will be back when its time to start training again for my next marathon.”

“I signed up with Bethany and the Ultimate Running Studio after searching for a coach to guide me through my second year of running to improve my results over the first year of training myself. I had gotten some wear and tear injuries which began hampering my efforts after completing a full and half marathon and some 5k races on my own.

Bethany put a lot of care, research and effort into helping me recognize the causes of some of my issues, tailoring plans to work through (or rest through) those as well as rehab and regain and maintain my fitness levels. Midway through the year I was able to PR a 5k!

“2024 started running from zero. Signed up for my first half marathon with a friend and didn’t have a clue what to do, how to train or even what fuel was.

Bethany has great technology and understanding of muscles and how to strengthen them and stretch them. She built a plan for my half and we meet weekly to go over my runs, aches and pains (if I have any) and guidance on fueling and strategy.

My watch synchs to her software automatically. And all the training for yoga (keeping limber and strength) are links to her website with videos for yoga and more.
