Pulled in All Directions: Between work, family, and training, you barely have time to breathe, let alone plan effective cross-training or recovery. you just want something simple and effective
Uncertain: You’re taking on your first marathon, but every new ache has you second-guessing your training plan. You’re worried you might be doing more hard than good and might not make it to race day.
Discouraged: Coming back from an injury feels harder than you imagined. You’re unsure if your body is ready and you fear re-injury with every step.
Frustrated by Change: Your body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to, and you’re feeling the impact of age. You’re determined to keep running strong, but need a smarter way to recovery and cross-train.
